This guy, is just. Badmin.
This is how it started: I was on The Random Person's House Build server, when I was building my house, I spawned a Area Shrike or whatever that gun is called, and I shot it as this blockhead. I then got slapped until I died, I called him a badmin, then he kicked me. I came back and asked why he banned me, then he banned me for -1 saying "You annoyed me." Some other admin unbanned me or something, then I asked why he banned me, he said "You annoyed my brother". Seriously, why is he like this?

It's an admins job to keep the players happy. Generally, using a weapon in a build server isn't something you should be doing at all.

I don't know how hard you fell on your head, but that sounds like common sense to me.
