Maybe he's just loving dumb as stuff. Maybe he doesn't actually realize what rape actually is and actually, by some loving strange ass standard that should've died out when he hit 4th grade, thinks it's okay that it's okay to make fun of it as long as you say sorry afterward even at whatever age he is which is considered a legal adult in his country.
