Nevermind is a really good example because he claimed to be a Harvard graduate when someone corrected his loving grammar to keep up appearances. It's ridiculous and it's pretty much delusion.

I didn't say that to "keep up my appearance." I said it to make the guy who corrected me to feel better about himself.
