I think HamHost should be almost free, but you should be able to make money somehow. I just think that you should let many current HamHost features stay premium; however ping rates should remain the same for premium and free users. It makes no sense for free users to get a relatively slow connection if they don't pay.

Because I discovered that web browsers often have built-in FTP clients, and that may be easier to use than a program like Filezilla.
If you were talking about the image of the c-panel console, I have to limit features or else no premium users will register.
