Are you using a GameMode (the type which was released in v21)?
What are you talking about when you mean "import"? Is this enabling the add-on?

Only if you've been inactive for a long time, and aren't using your Blockland server.

Uh um... My friend Mooshimity has made a 'Hide and Kill' server. He's an excellent builder. I'll ask him if I can host for him!

I am terrible at building though so um... Makes it hard to host a good server!

Now with an actual hosting service I can finally finish this project I had with momentum and open it up!
