what makes you unable to control your brother
it makes it easier that you guys are brothers so you can do it physically

i mean, sure, my brother is 18 and weighs 230 compared to me where i weigh 150 but even then i could still control him considerably from messing with my stuff
not even including the fact that he's not a complete spergmaster like your brother who can't stay out of trouble here, and where you two probably have much less of a size difference, maybe even in your favor

I still have many miles to go before this hosting service can even be considered as good as CBM.
The dilemma I am facing is that I have to only give free users 25% of the features, and my service appears bad and not user-friendly. But if I gave free users everything, who would buy premium?
