need simple animation (reward)

Hello guys, I'm in need of a very simple flash animation, probably about 30 seconds long, I can't imagine it requiring too much work, but I don't own flash or any sort of that program, nor have any experience with them


I'd be willing to pay someone either with Paypal or via Steam game if they decide to do it.
