I never really got why people like 8 shades of brown in a color set... I personally only need 2 or 3, and 4 or 5 grey scale colors.

I use Blur's selentic paints. it's pretty good for terrain and a lot of other purposes and it hasn't failed me yet. Trueno's only has one or two good greens and that is the color i use most.

Trueno's Original Colorset. (I still got it, now it's Trueno's Colorset, But Original is a little bit another.)

Genius colorset! Look it up in RTB!

When hosting a server, I either use a custom one designed specifically for the server's needs or I use the one I made.
But I do think the one I made needs some improving, it's not the best.

I use trunos or awesome colorset faded

Default
I've built so much using default, i cant just switch...
If i decided to use another colorset, would it make all my builds have to be re-painted or does it automatically adjust to the most identical color?

Completely lack any dull colors. >:U It's just lots of scales. Why would you need that many variations on those bright colors. This is why I like MotE's. It got realistic colors that easily work with facades and indoor work.
gosh i didnt know we were being critiqued now ...
it gets the job done and for bright, fun builds it works a charm. you'd be surprised, it actually works pretty well even if your build is not meant to be bright.

Why would you need that many variations on those bright colors.
you mean like... six? lol

truenos sucks richard imo, use jirue's awesome colorset faded.

I use a modified version of Blur's Selentic Paint. Trueno's has failed me on multiple occasions. I added a transparent blue and moved the brown column over so that the FX column wouldn't override it.

It has a bunch of really nice washed out / low saturation colors that are useful in dreary / dank environments which is a now recurring pattern in my builds. I'm trying to develop a new colorset with Zeblotes colorset editor but it's also a buggy piece of stuff and wont let me save.

I have been using an edited version of Trueno's colorset. It has darker standard colors and more useful special colors/softs.

I'm probably going to reorganize the two Specials columns.

I use my own unless I am building for someone else.

(Still WIP)
