It's a nationality. Assuming you aren't some neo-national socialist who believes in the Aryan Race, there are only three races White, Black, and Asian. There isn't a 4th race called Hispanic basic Hispanics are descended from White settlers and most have native American ancestory. Native's Came over from Asia through Russia via ice bridge into Alaska, so they'd be White-Asian.
There are three major races but I don't think you understand them. Calling them by fabricated names isn't helping, either.
Caucasian (most of Europe, North Africa, India, Arabia)
Mongoloid (Finno-Ugric, China, Japan, Pacific Islanders, Native Americans, Eskimo, etc...)
Broid (Middle and south Africa, Papua, Australia)
