Author Topic: Good .22 Bolt-Action Rifles?  (Read 3870 times)

No, I am doing this at a range, Like I've said before, I am getting my own rifle also so I can use the one I get for the merit badge
But they're are a ton of requirements you have to meet, I mean, who are you gonna be doing this with? At a summer camp they help you cover all of them each day.

After you get your stupid merit badge, you should take it out and go squirrel hunting. If you are over 16, get a small game license 1st though.

Practice never hurt. I hear people like the Ruger 10/22.

I've done all the requirements but I never got to do the shooting at camp.

Out on the market right now the 10/22 Ruger Rifle if the best rifle you can get.  It will out live your life son and youll be handing it down to your kids.  I just recently bought this one and it is absolutely amazing.  Keeps me thuggin when my hoes get outta line ya feel me?  With the semi automatic along with a banana clip there ain't no stopin me!

Can anyone read? It has to be under 200$

The Ruger 10/22 is very nice, but being semi-auto it's not as accurate as bolt action. What kind of shooting are you going to be doing with it? I know you said to earn your merit badge, but what does that involve? And, what kind of targets will you be shooting at? Examples: Paper bullseyes, retroactive etc.

As I said before, attend summer camp, they'll give you a free gun to borrow and let you clean it, learn all the basic positions WITH assistance from the range master if you're doing it incorrectly.

Why is it so hard for you to read, I said I've done everything except shoot the rifle, And I am not waiting a year just to shoot a rifle
