The Muslim Brotherhood is trying to bring down the military coup, and the Brotherhood and supporters of the military coup are clashing with each-other. The Brotherhood is storming political offices and buildings. The whole country is already at a total halt, and there is violence everywhere. The old Egyptian Prime Minister who was elected fairly was ousted by the military in hopes of trying to move the country forward, and that didn't work. The military then took place of Morsi's place and the people are still unsatisfied. I don't know what will happen, but in addition to this several other big US-Canada allies in the Middle East are at war with each-other. US-Egypt foreign aide could be put to a stop too if they keep this up. We already saw Libya do the same a few months ago. I'm not sure what will happen. Egypt is such a good American ally, and has been for so many years and counting. In addition to the crCIA in Egypt, there is also a global travel alert for this whole month since Al Qaueda put out a threat to us. Nobody knows what they are planning on doing, but intelligence tells us that they want to interfere with US transportation like airplanes, railroads and buses. I think that this is a very scary situation and it's frustrating to see America being put into the middle of all of this. Many Egyptian leaders blame the US for their problems and the West. I will be posting updates about this whole thing on this topic.

i can say i lived through an event that'll be written in history books
i blame obama

I know people who are in Egypt at the moment. It's not a civil war yet - that's an exaggeration. It's a very dangerous situation, though.

Egypt really hasn't been the best political ally at all.

It is debatable. I know the majority of Americans believe that Israel is America's #1 Middle Eastern ally, and #1 ally overall, it is technically true.

These brotherhood chaps are handicaps.
Here's a video of them posing for rebel propaganda (sfw) http://www.dumpert.nl/embed/6557882/e1e2a63c/
They also claimed over 2000 people died already...

Many of the bodies have yet to be recovered. Journalists are at heavy risk too, already a reporter from UK's Sky News was killed in a grenade throwing, and so was a local Egyptian reporter. There are so many bodies all over which haven't been found yet.

Tensions are just getting worse and worse day-by-day. Monday is when everything went haywire and extreme, and today has just been terrible so far. I think tomorrow will be disasterous.

they told me it wasnt going to happen.

they didnt listen.

huh?
