Please tell me you aren't serious. Even the best builders/eventers in the game aren't 10/10 in skill. No one is perfect.

This is a terrible way for people to apply. You can't just ASK the person if they are good and if they say "Yes," they're in. You have to actually see their creations to know for sure.
If you keep accepting people with this way of applying, you'll get nobody that's even decent at building/eventing.
