this could probably be achieved by using an actual minigame mod and not whatever the hell the broken thing you're using now is

I am using the default minigame. There are spawn bricks. You spawn when the round ends.

There is no maximum round timer, so if there are only 2-3 players, you may have to wait 20-60 minutes for the round to end.
Who would want to spectate for that long?
I think rounds should last a maximum of 4 minutes.
