Sharp pain at the lower back of my head

This has been happening lately and I want to know what this is. Today I was walking my dog when suddenly I get this really shard pain at the back of my head, I sat down and it happened for at least a minute before it stopped, Instead of finishing going a mile with my dog I headed back home, I really need to know what this is. Does anybody know?

It doesn't have blood in it. It stops after one minute and it happens when I exercise
