Blockland already works fine on wine, but this topic would be more valid if this weren't the case.
i don't get why people go to the trouble of making ports of games for tiny niche audiences like this, especially when all it does is cause them to flood support forums complaining about it not working with whatever obscure ass version of linux they're usingfar more trouble than it's worth
I didn't say it was invalid, I said it could be more valid.
um, implying that it was at any amount invalid? like, duh?
Ive ran blockland on WINE in the past. I don't see why just doing that is too much of a problem.
Because it's hacky. Why not have a nice native port?
that actually sort of doesn't apply here, because a majority of linux users will enjoy the experience of getting something not natively designed to work for them. sadistic but true.
why not just use windows?
