Working on a second level and its becoming very time consuming. Duplicating is becoming so much of a hassle that I'm better off going brick by brick.

Help would be awesome so if you're interested in helping let me know and we can figure out a time that works.

My fingers hurt and my brain has turned to gew. Guess that means I've been hard at work on the second level.

I completed the sides of the second level, I just need to add the rows but anyway I'm planning on making the corners actually curve unlike the lower level. This means that the second level will be an actual oval. If I can accomplish this then future levels will continue to curve into an oval (Its much more physically appealing)

I think you should add clearer tiers to the stadium, like this:

That is the plan. There will be a working scoreboard and everything. Signups will be later on and once we have teams I'll be releasing the soccer jerseys I'm working on and we can all have a nice tournament.

the problem i have with it is the angles.

the second tier as of now a good portion of them wouldnt be able to see the field without standing.

either add a larger height difference between the first and second tiers, or increase the angle of the second tier

I was planning on making the third and fourth tier much steeper.

I think you can correct it by placing a steeper tier on top of it (which you're probably doing), like this:

Yes, that's basically what I wanted for the tiers to come. Those top 2 tiers are pretty close to what ill be doing next.
