So I've noticed that recently on my internet browser that words are highlighted blue or green, and when I hover my mouse over them some stuffty popup I don't care about appears. More and more words are beginning to get like this every day I go on the internet.

Well, that happens when you install free stuff and don't uncheck "INSTALL OUR FREE TOOLBAR VIRUS BUNDLE" during installation.

This isn't a damn virus, It's SafeSaver. It's in your Program Files, You can uninstall it.

I once had some adware called "WeCareReminder", wasn't that bad since you could remove it easily in chrome://extensions, but it did the same thing as this.
