OP is lucky that Off-Topic is as organized as it is. This forum is for blockland. Most forums just have a 'off-topic' section, we're lucky to get an extra 4 categories that produce literally nothing for Blockland.

Okay, as far as 2. goes, those people don't exactly have immediate access to certain things like doctors, chiropractors, psychiatrists, tech teams, etc.

I understand if it's for something silly like "What thread is this in," or some crap like that, but legitimate questions that require the human touch like "I don't remember what this is from, can you answer this for me?"
are fine by my standards.
