Woke up with intense pain in my chest.
It won't go away.
IT HUUUUUUUURTS.
Nobody is home.
What do I do.

EDIT: Pain started to calm with time and a really hot shower.
Help no longer needed.

I'd recomend calling the loving fire department

1. Take a warm bath.

2. Heating pads/Warm towel

3. Pain relievers

Go see a doctor instead of consulting a forum full of kids.

As Ephialtes said not even a few days ago, seeking medical help from a children's lego forum is not an acceptable thing to do. Take a painkiller, antacid, and call your parents to see what they have to say about it.

If it's a literal burn, douse it thoroughly with cool water and get to an urgent care. If it's a burning sensation, take some tums and an aspirin and try burping a lot. You may also want to thoroughly apply some Icy-Hot. A cool bath couldn't hurt.

If it lasts longer than a couple of hours, get to a hospital ASAP and have your heart checked.

Source: My uncle's a medical professional. That makes me a slightly more reliable source than the average person.

I think that ultimately, rest is the best thing for this. If you feel like you can't take it anymore and that you need immediate medical treatment; call up your parents. It's better to be safe.
