I played on this build last night, the game mode was, "Arms Upgrade Deathmatch" which was just a gun game that was crappily evented.  (After killing someone with a weapon, you probably received the same weapon as before, not an upgrade).  Wasn't on your server though.  At least, I don't think it was.
