How do you guys get your motivation to build?

if im tired, i can't build. it just wont work. i'll sit there and place 3 bricks and i'll get absolutely frustrated and give up.

how I get inspiration? join any server, realize I could do it 3x better, and then start a recreation on my server and never finish it.

I don't! because I don't build. I can't really. I suck at it
but I can event! and the simple fact that it's interesting to me keeps me going. when a problem occurs, it's less about "I need to get past this to finish" and more of a "I need to know why this is not working" :P

Nowadays I just kinda, get an idea and try it out.  Alot of my builds have a specific purpose, none of that cool architecture stuff.

But, I remember in the past I had trouble building.  Usually I just got tired while building and couldn't really think straight.  In order to get past this I'd just sit there a little while and think about what I'd already built.  Eventually I'd see something that I wanted to add or change.

But that's my own method.  Good luck finding yours. ^.^

I usually go in short bursts and roll out a quarter to a half a build at a time. Then I stop for a day or two then go back to it at a fresh angle, usually replacing half of what I've already built because I figured out a better way to do it. I guess I'm saying I just get inspiration then use it all up at once then wait until I get more.

I always try to do better than the common Blocklander can do.

That includes that space toilet I made.
And I also sometimes always try new stuff when I build, which makes it take forever.

I'm deeply disappointed that 'I don't build' is even and option. the entire point of the game is to build and honestly if you cannot build worth stuff then you are just a waste of space. sure you can make mods but you should at least be able to build.

I'm only motivated when i have a good idea.
When i have a good idea and know how i would make it i get excited and build it

i tend to only built when motivated because it looks like it has more effort put into it
sometimes i force myself to build for a minute and then i kinda get into it and enjoy it and keep going
