So i just came back to this game after a 2 year break or something, since then i have re installed my OS. When i was installing all my add ons i saw that VCE was privatized.
What is the reason for this?

VCE is obsolete. Don't use it ever again.

It's the only thing people can use when they don't know how to code in torque, it's extremely useful even in it's current state. I wish it was updated though.
