I decided to fix up the old mini-nuke addon. It should no longer overwrite the rocket launcher scripts as it used to.
I also changed the time between shots from 1.7 seconds to 4 seconds.

unless badspot or ephialtes themselves said this, im pretty sure this isn't the true reason. my old nuke jet had a bigger radius yet it wasn't failed

i made a change to the launcher to make it less spammable - increase in reload time, from 1.7 seconds as it used to be, to 4 seconds

as for the second point of his, it is entirely an opinion as i do not see what part of it is low-quality: the icons look fine, the model looks great, the projectile looks good.

But it's still pretty annoying to see a loving huge and laggy explosion that blows every loving thing up on a 33 ms loop and crashes everyone

If the host isn't a handicap he puts the projectile cap at like 15 or 20.

Stop bitching goodness, if you don't want spam projectiles, else get the Add-on the stop normal player from using it or don't enable or download this weapon. Most the thing you guys are bitch about is already stated in the OP. So if you don't want the mini-nuke, don't download it.... Its simple.

This is probably going to be fail-binned, even if it is fixed. I know some of the moderators are like that.

I hope theres some sort of RTB Pref that's makes it host or SA only.
