stop being a moron

really though who would accept ads for it? anyone who got money from ads wouldn't support a company that prevents them from doing that

Have you ever used IE or are you just one of them sheep? It's a browser and it works pretty well, good enough for me, starts up fast and loads quick, cut me some slack with all that Chrome and FireFox bullstuff.

Exactly, they can just not accept ads from certain 'companies' promoting stupid loopholes. This kickstarter is a waste of people's money and time.

Adblock is dumb, and this is coming from someone who uses it. It is a useful tool, yeah, but ads make tons and tons of Internet services that would otherwise be pay to use free. I use it out of my own greed and I'm not proud of it, but no matter how many times I disable it I always find myself turning it back on. It just shouldn't exist. People make their living off ads. Making Adblock more popular will only cause more and more people to lose more and more money. At least I disable it for YouTube.

Uh. Who is paying for this? I don't see why these people want to spread this thing around so much. Next thing you know, we're gonna start to have to pay to subscribe to people on YouTube.

I really hope this flops, or something like what Night Fox said.

They're the people who didn't give this a second thought or don't know the truth about advertising and instead just instantly pulled out their credit card when they heard "ad-free internet" because it sounded appealing
