What exactly is the error? Can't work with "it doesn't compile".

Yes. But there should be a panel at the bottom that shows syntax errors and such. Red lines.

Click on "Error List" at the bottom maybe.

In VS2010 it's at the bottom, the output panel.

Scroll up, it will tell you the exact line.



But yeah forget using Visual * for C++. I tried to put in the basic 'hello world' and it spit out an error when I compiled. Maybe throw Code::Blocks on a USB drive and use it at school?

I work in an online school. I can do whatever I want if it gets the job done. :D
