What would be the best work out you've ever had, or the one you could think of? No, not just a routine. I'm talking about doing just one thing for over all body work. Whether it be specific for that, or just doing some menial task, like construction work, or parkour or something of the sort.
My thing would have to be, goat wrestling. Find a large, horned goat, male or female, that just loves to play. And wrestle. Shove their head a few times or hit them on the forehead with a plank of wood. They'll love it. Actually a good work out, and good for hand/eye coordination and reflexes. As well as strengthening your grip/hand work, if you don't wear gloves.
