well I work in a computer store, take online classes, and go to trade school for programming.

totaling probably 7-8 hours a day on the computer

almost all of my day
it's less now that i have school but my first and sixth periods are both computer labs and we also have to do computer stuff in af jrotc because my high school got put on national spotlight for have one of the worst reputations and lowest academic (mostly literacy) scores
so now there's a lot more writing and reading we have to do

It depends on the day, on weekends I have to spend all day working in the garbage so I usually spend about 2 to 3 hours on the computer at night. On most weekdays about 3 to 4 hours at most because you know, school and life stuff.
