No but there were naval battles where you had to sink the enemy's carrier (Coral Sea) and battles that were almost entirely ship-to-ship engagements (Midway); and hunt and hero assault were stuffty and poorly thought out gamemodes that just proved that the game suffers when it's trying to be different from 1942.

Which hunt versions did you play? I loved murdering ewoks and killing jowas. And hero assault was great. Except it was a little unbalanced.

I've played every hunt mode when I was first got it and even then I knew it was garbage. And hero assault was the gimmickiest crap ever with absolutely no thought put in to balance. That goes for all the heroes in general, too.
