Good Piano Keyboard with Weighted Keys?

Hey I am looking for a good piano keyboard with weighted keys. I want to be able to hook it up to my computer and record music. I am an experienced pianist, so I wanna start recording some of the things I play now. Does anyone know something that can help me accomplish this?

My Korg SV1 is very nice to play, has usb + midi interface so perfect for recording with.

How is the quality of the sound? Does it sound realistic?
Also I forgot to mention I want a sustain pedal too.
