Hosting services have really taken off. Sort by IP and scroll down, looking for groups of identical IPs. I can see ~3 of them: Kalphiter's, RTB, and then another one that maybe belongs to Pacnet. It looks like about 1/3 to 1/2 of servers are now hosted through these services.
