I just ordered a Microsoft Surface RT tablet

Got the 32gb for $200 with touch keyboard... was a short-lived ebay sale. Needed something for flights and deployments. Does anyone have any experience with this?

MacBook, it's much easier to carry and it is a very fast computer. The Surface isn't a computer, it's a tablet basically.

Microsoft Surface is just as much of a computer as a MacBook - it runs completely normal Windows.

it is GREAT for school work and other little things because it comes with office 2013 student edition or something (it has all office apps you need)

don't plan on doing anything crazy with it though

Refurb. And i know the rt version isn't a full os. I wanted this for Skype and movies. I like the$200 price tag vs the $800for the pro version.

It was a buy it now from the manufacturer om ebay. They sold through about 2,500 in less than an hour.
