So what he's basically telling me here is : "You've lost your key because you decided to change your internet provider and now you don't have the old e-mail. Your problem. I can't help you. I don't care. I won't find proof that it's really you. I won't make any sort of "Key Retriever" form for who has lost their old e-mail. I take your money and I give you the key, if you lose it, I don't care." Well I'm sorry, but I don't accept that answer. I logged onto this account and that is already proof. I gave him my BL_ID and it corresponds to the one on this account. What do you expect me to do? Buy the game again? Of course, you would like that, but I don't.

you are right. we paid 20 bucks for this game, we should have a better key recovery system.

Except your forum account is not flawless identification. Accounts have been hacked before. In fact, there was one twat who would go around in-game paying dumb kids small amounts of money to log into an account he made and input their key, so he could keep coming back to the fourms countless times after getting banned due to his defective personality and deficit in social skills. If keys could be recovered from forum accounts, that'd be an easy scam.
How else would you confirm the identity of the person?

Let this be a lesson to you in saving important e-mails.

it's your fault you didn't write down your key or memorize it

Who was that? Okiver?

This is not stealing, it's your fault that you lost your key and your e-mail not Badspot's
Haha kinda...

Why isn't there a "change recovery address" button, that sends an email to your recovery address and if you click the confirmation link in it you can change your recovery email?

still wouldn't help with lost e-mail

Send your BL_ID and transaction proof, if you don't have the transaction number, buy it again.
I've sent Badspot an e-mail to change my Blockland ID's e-mail address and I include the whole receipt with it, which includes the reference number. Yet, I never got a reply, so if I lost the key on this current account which I'm using now then I'm screwed. Not sure if it's just sheer laziness or what.

Like I said, everyone who thinks the current system is fine as long as you're "responsible" and "not stupid enough to lose your email" seems to have never had the privilege of experiencing a problem with his key.
