What is your idea of a perfect server?

I've already made a few Idea threads, but i would say the major one would be a really well thought out open-world city rpg. Basically, it wouldn't be stuff-tier, it'd be realistic and actually fun to play.

Basically this, though there's no possible way to have a "perfect" server, as there is always at least one flaw. Be it admin aboose, gametype or weapon/build oversights.

I like servers which are simple. A simple town RP could even do it for me. When a server has a tight-knit community feeling, like when you have players who you see consistently in the server on a daily basis, it's nice. A server with great admins and mods, and minimal lag is probably the ideal server for me.
