Author Topic: My grandparent's house burned down last night.  (Read 7720 times)

My grandparent's (massive) house caught on fire and burned down. A car in the garage caught fire, and when they called the fire department it was only the car. When the department got there the entire house was in flames. They couldn't get the entire house out so they had to call for help from 4 surrounding city's fire departments.

My grandparent's were fine. The house is insured and they are rich so they could recover but it's still sad to see this when they are almost 90.
The entire house was enveloped.

They have a few spare houses they own but never use. They could stay at any of them or with my dad.
