in my experience they are always of noticeably less quality than a regular shirt

well if you're getting them at walmart no wonder lol. walmart should be the last place to buy clothes unless you're on a tight budget.
it'll depend on the brand really. i've only had one graphic tee that had a noticeable hole in it so idk.
