I think OP wants to make the file size smaller. I don't think you can really change the size of a .wav file, considering in Audacity you can't change the file quality.
yeah that's what I was aiming for
formatfactory always pumps out the tiniest file it can while retaining quality, go get it
even with acerblock's post, I'll give it a try
EDIT:
ok I downloaded formatfactory and I went from .mp3 to .wav with medium quality, and it made a file basically the same size (3 kb bigger)
i'm going to get help from my dad who knows about this sort of stuff
