YELLING AT HE?

I went to public school until about 3rd or 4th grade, then I was pulled out and home schooled ever since.

Why?

Loels, I went to COVA last year, and started public this year.

Why?
Me and my brother tended to be ahead of the rest of our classes, so they pulled us out so we could work without being held back. So far it's working rather nicely.

I did ED2020 while I was at a correctional school last year. Fastest credits I've ever earned.

Uh, the normal thing in that situation is to a skip a grade as I did, that's really backwards sounding.

It seems really confusing to have complete school and classes online. I am doubtful that students get educations they need online when you compare it to actual schooling. I might want to do it next year though. Do online colleges exist too?

Honestly I learned more and faster in Online school than the Public school I'm in now.

I use to do K12 :D

I have a nuerological twitching condition which keeps me from learning and concentrating, and causes an array of problems for me. I think this may sound like an option for me. I go to a private school, but the teachers are not understanding, and do not know how to treat a kid like me. Everything I learn is on the computer or outside of school in the first place. The thing is, in my district educators will call your parents if you are home-schooled or home-instructed or isolated from other kids. They will say "you need socialization". It's such bull. Have you had this problem before? I was home-schooled and home-instructed before but we had to stop because all pshycologists thought it was more "appropriate" for me to be in a school environment to socialize. It is more important for me to learn, rather than talk with my peers. I have many friends on the side too, so it isn't a big issue.

Education is meaningless without social skills, saying otherwise is downright delusional.

Public school is the stuff.

Well I guess you have a point with skipping a grade, but I wouldn't say it was backwards. Me and my brother have been doing very well since we started home schooling, and according to state testing, we're above average in certain subjects and at least average in the rest. So I'd say our education hasn't degraded since we started.
