You'd also probably die of the resulting wall of disease.

It's not actually alive.

I would not could not on a boat, eat any of the nasty ass meals that squirm in your throat.

Too many syllables

depends
like if gummy worms moved magically but otherwise were the same, like, no organs or anything, yeah I'd totally eat that

hot diggety forget that
the fish is dead. no different from the fish you might buy at the store. what you are seeing is the ions in the salty soy sauce triggering a nerve impulse that uses the remaining energy (ATP) in the fish a similar affect can be achieved with frogs legs and salt. meat from lamb and cows also twitch after they have been slaughters just not as extreme

I don't get why people are grossed out by "strange" foods. I find the idea of eating (live or dead) crickets appetizing. I have eaten cow tongue, ox tail, lamb eye, and live snails. I mean, sausages should be (assuming you're eating actual sausage) pig intestines stuffed with meat, so I don't really see the problem. That sounds even more gross than eating a tongue.

And, I have already eaten "moving" food, to answer your question.

(also, if you haven't tried it yet, try cow tongue tacos. You can probably get them at your local family-owned Mexican restaurant)
