vanilla silk is good in cereal. real milk is too. I like silk more I think, because it isn't as thick as cow milk. still tho, even cow milk is only good in cereal
also idk what silk is. is it almond or soy or what? idk. I just know the brand

Silk is just a brand name. They have several non-dairy milks

yeah that's what I said, but oh
then hm. maybe it was soy??? I don't think we have any right now but it was either almond or soy

For vegans?
And lactose intolerant people.
Although I believe lactose free cow milk exists
You can get lactose free Cow-Milk, which basically is regular milk but it's been passed through membranes containing lactase enzymes which break down lactose for you, so the lactose-intolerant can consume the milk.

There are also animal milks that produce less lactose than others.
Goats Milk is less than 5% lactose, which is less than Cows or Humans, and actually is quite nice. Doesn't taste very different from Cows Milk at all.
Depending on how bad you suffer from lactose intolerance it can be a good idea to swap over to trying Goat Milk.

I only drink cows milk. I have no reason not to.
It tastes nice, it's usually cheaper, and I can drink it without problems.

I've no need to drink non-animal milk.

It might be a good idea to add "I have never had Vegan Milk" to the poll.
It'd let you know how much each type is drunk in comparison to those who don't drink it.

I can't drink anything other than 1% milk

I go through gallons of it every week, earning me my nickname of 'Milkman'
strong bones and healthy teeth!

strong bones and healthy teeth!
it still means nothing if you don't exercise and have good dental hygiene

When I was having problems with my stomach I drank vegan milk for a while, something about the dairy milk kept me from healing the way I need to. So I tried almond, rice and soy milk

Rice milk had the closest consistency to normal
Milk but it was too sweet to make me think it was milk

Almond milk wasn't as sweet but its texture was too much like soy milk, too thick

Soy milk is just ick

Not to mention, Soy milk also has really high estrogen rates, and people are more prone to getting cancer if they consume it on a consistent basis (mainly females are at higher risk).

I've had almond milk. It was kinda weird tasting, but sweet.

I like almond milk in my milkshakes or smoothies. Tastes different, quite nice really.

I remember a few years ago soy milk was the most popular, now almond milk is. Also I didn't know this, but there is also another type of vegan milk known as cashew milk (yes, a byproduct of the cashew nut).

almond milk is the stuff

I drink purple drank milk

i've had soy milk and almond milk but didn't really care for it
my favorite milk is 2% because that's what my mom has always bought
i can barely stand the school's 1% and don't even want to touch their fat free chocolate milk

Anyone who drinks cow's milk and doesn't drink whole is wrong.

That said my preferred non-dairy milk is almond.
