For vegans?
And lactose intolerant people.
Although I believe lactose free cow milk exists
You can get lactose free Cow-Milk, which basically is regular milk but it's been passed through membranes containing lactase enzymes which break down lactose for you, so the lactose-intolerant can consume the milk.
There are also animal milks that produce less lactose than others.
Goats Milk is less than 5% lactose, which is less than Cows or Humans, and actually is quite nice. Doesn't taste very different from Cows Milk at all.
Depending on how bad you suffer from lactose intolerance it can be a good idea to swap over to trying Goat Milk.
I only drink cows milk. I have no reason not to.
It tastes nice, it's usually cheaper, and I can drink it without problems.
I've no need to drink non-animal milk.
It might be a good idea to add "I have never had Vegan Milk" to the poll.
It'd let you know how much each type is drunk in comparison to those who don't drink it.
