Unusual Computer Crash (MP3 Included)

So I'm just doing my normal starting up Minecraft, watching a youtube video and then BOOM. BEEEEEEEZZZZZZZZZ ERRRR SUJFUJASJJHASJHF. If anyone can explain what the forget just happened that would be great. My screen started getting about 0FPS would only update every 4-5 seconds and it made this sound.
