Google Chrome will not open on just one user.

I can open them on the two other user accounts, but on the admin account, I tried to fix it. I then deleted Google Chrome on all accounts and I cannot get the download link from the main site to download, silly Internet Explorer.

Please guys, I forgeted up and uninstalled Google Chrome for all users and if my father figures out he'll be mad.

EDIT: I got it installed, the icon is back, but it won't open and I don't see any folders inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application

The day before I couldn't get on, I was watching a Youtube video and the graphics card crashed (Leading to a blue screen.) I was watching Youtube on Google Chrome. I checked all of the known virus programs, none of them blocked Chrome.

Anyways, the simplest thing just came to my mind: Restart the computer. I've had this same problem, a simple restart will fix it.

I have already restarted the computer multiple times. I uninstalled chrome, and I reinstalled it, but it doesn't have any system files anymore. There are icons on my taskbar and on the desktop.
