Vehicle_Hog (A Tricycle)

The idea behind this little thing is from my friend TurnipBlog which actually owns one of those in real life, he makes videos with it and he also calls it Hog, so why not?

The Hog is a quick little Tricycle that works like a Playertype (Or a bot if you want) it's fun to ride around your friends, mess around with bots riding tricycles, race with other players with it, ride around the whole neighborhood and make the other kids jealous, give it a nickname and call it your own, Blast off with it to outer space and blow up the moon because someone said that you're not Tony Bennett , the possibilites are endless!

I'm currently not planning to release it on RTB, but maybe I will change my mind, in any case, if there is a bug on the Hog report it here please.
