Did you mean that in reverse? 10 direct damage is really weak while a bleed effect for 50 damage is quite harsh.
If anything, more bleed damage should be split into the direct. Perhaps at a 15/20 rate.
Of course, there's no statistics to balance since this is a first of a kind weapon.

Holy stuff apparently while I was reading the code fro this I swapped it with some random thing that I don't even "Weapon_Cactus".
