I cant understand a thing on this.

only know how to move the square and rotate it

to make it bigger click the button next to rotation  button click and drag click add on the top left to add stuff

Play with stuff for a few minutes. I found that that's the best way to figure out Blender. Once you've spent 10-20 minutes playing with it, you can look up a tutorial for the things you missed.

This is pretty much how I'm learning Blender: do random stuff to find useful things, and if you're actually trying to do something look up a tutorial.

Right click to select stuff.
S to scale objects.
R to rotate objects.
Tab to switch between edit mode and object mode.
G to grab objects and move them.
E to extrude faces & vertices.

There are plenty of great tutorials available for blender, I recommend reading Blender 3D: Noob to Pro. It has some exercises that can help you getting familiar with the interface and the inner workings of Blender.

Me when I try to use blender:

Yep, this is a good tutorial.

Right click to select stuff.
S to scale objects.
R to rotate objects.
Tab to switch between edit mode and object mode.
G to grab objects and move them.
E to extrude faces & vertices.

When grabbing, scaling, and rotating, you can press X, Y, or Z to follow that axis. You can also type in a value that will scale/rotate/move it by that number.

Also use your numpad keys for quick movement around your scene, and I always like to model in ortho view, press Numpad 5 to toggle it, you should find it handy.

Also, EXTRUDE EXTRUDE and more EXTRUDE, having cubes stacked onto each other looks ugly and is harder to do, but a lot of people still do it. *cough*nuketf*cough*

Really, I don't use my mouse for much other than selecting, and even then it is very few clicks, controlling stuff with keybinds is much more efficient and cleaner.

On-topic: Yeah, blender site's tutorials are great.

First off there's a good (but outdated) book called 'blender foundations' which is really helpful, here are some tutorial links to if you don't want to buy a book:
http://www.blenderdiplom.com/en/
http://www.blenderguru.com/
http://cgcookie.com/blender/
http://www.blendtuts.com/blender_tutorials
http://www.blendernation.com/
Also, I'd suggest not trying to learn about blender internal render engine, it's not really worth it since it's discontinued and such
