Adding jobs to iban's city rpg

I have wanted to make a city RPG before, and I have, but I couldn't add jobs or anything...

It would be nice if you guys could tell me how...

Open the Cs file with the jobs in them copy paste one of the jobs and edit as you like. Save and replace old Cs file with new one.
