Most United States anti-ballistic missiles are only fit to take out a intermediate or short range ballistic missile, Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles travel to fast for them to intercept, United States is still developing anti ballistic missiles to take down ICBM's, all tests have resulted in failure so far.

It also hasn't been tested against a real ICBM yet, only Short Range and Intermediate missiles.

The world will fight each other, WW3 will happen .
Planes will no longer be flying. military Planes Will be able  toMilitary wil have brute force of nuke airstike.
Fights will happen in the streets (warfare)
Tanks become the best survival of surviving in the war
