There is no Add-ons folder.

I go to the file location, but the Add-ons folder is not there, is it some where else or is there a problem with Blockland and windows 8? What should I do?

If youre using Win7, then the Addons folder will be in the documents section in the Blockland folder stored there

go to your documents and find the blockland folder, the add-ons folder should be in there.
