so for some reason my mom is getting really pissed off at me because supposedly im not eating enough / eating too rare
wtf?
so when i wake up at 6 i have way better things to think about, i don't really have time to eat and im too loving tired to eat and im too lazy to eat when its so loving early
school food is stuff so my mom keeps telling me to bring food from home, but i dont eat anything
i quickly nibble on something at home, and eat a normal dinner
whats her problem? im kind of fat imo, around 125 pounds for 14 year old, i dont want to pump in more stuff inside me
and she says the "eating rarer makes you even more fat"
how the forget does that work


Actually under eating can cause you to gain weight, I forgot how but it does.

tell her that she is eating too much. "well, you're eating too much!" works every time.

no my mom is skinny

My mom bothers me about it too lol but I just ignore her and she leaves me alone. I'm just not hungry often and when I do get hungry I can eat hardly anything and get full.

Why?
first of all ignoring your parents is bad anyway unless they're just being unbearably handicapped or whatever
second if you're not getting hungry then you probably aren't active enough or something else idk
if you don't eat as often as a normal person then that's just a problem on its own bc you're supposed to eat

Well I wouldn't say I don't eat as much just like over a longer span a day like a normal person would eat breakfast at 8 lunch at 12 and supper/dinner at 6 or so but I eat less stuff at varying times anywhere from like 6 AM to midnight. I ignore my parents about it because they just keep repeating themselves and it gets annoying. I just don't get what the problem is.

Starving yourself tricks your body into thinking that theres less food available, so if you eat only once a day, your body will assume theres a famine, and will store any food as fat until you start eating normally.

Well I wouldn't say I don't eat as much just like over a longer span a day like a normal person would eat breakfast at 8 lunch at 12 and supper/dinner at 6 or so but I eat less stuff at varying times anywhere from like 6 AM to midnight.
you're should eat three times a day and at decent times, for example if you never are anything except for at dinner, but at that time you ate three meals worth of food, that would be unhealthy
