actually you know what i'd probably make it so that it shows the forums completely normal, and then have this one topic made called "Nuclear threat from Russia" or something like that, and when the person clicks it it would show a small wall of text and then the little title you see on your tabs of the page you're on will change from the topic name to "NUCLEAR WARNING" and the page would turn into a Nuclear warning EAS
